AFitBot Account Deletion

1. Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your account directly in AFitBot:

1. Open the AFitBot app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to My.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Read the confirmation message and confirm deletion.

After successful deletion, AFitBot signs you out and clears local app cache on your device.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account in the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Please include the following information so that we can verify and process your request:

• Email address registered with AFitBot.
• Your AFitBot user ID if you know it.
• A short statement such as “I request deletion of my AFitBot account.”

We may ask for additional information only when necessary to verify that you are the account owner.

3. Data Deleted or Anonymized

When your account deletion request is completed, AFitBot will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including where applicable:

• Account profile information such as email, nickname, avatar, and account identifiers.
• Workout plans, exercise records, fitness statistics, and connected device records.
• AI coaching messages, voice interaction text, uploaded fitness images, and related service records.
• Device bindings, login records, and local cache associated with the deleted account.

4. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may also remain for a limited period before being overwritten or removed from backup systems.

Retained information will not be used to provide active AFitBot services to the deleted account.

5. Processing Time

In-app account deletion usually starts immediately after successful confirmation. Email requests are reviewed after we verify account ownership. We aim to complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

6. Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, you may not be able to recover your account, workout records, AI records, or device binding history.
• If you use Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, deleting your AFitBot account does not delete your Google or Apple account.
• If you have an active subscription purchased through an app store, account deletion may not automatically cancel app store billing. Please manage subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
