Welcome to AFitBot (the “App”).

This AFitBot User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by you and the AFitBot operator and sets out the terms for using the App and related services.

Before registering, signing in, or using the App, please read and understand this Agreement carefully. By tapping “Agree and Continue”, registering, signing in, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

1. Service Content

AFitBot is an AI-powered fitness service platform. Services may include:

Fitness courses;

AI movement recognition;

Exercise data recording and analysis;

Health data statistics and management;

Personalized training plan recommendations;

AI fitness Q&A;

Membership and value-added services;

Other services provided in accordance with applicable law.

2. Account Registration and Use

You should provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.

You are responsible for keeping your account, password, and login credentials secure.

You may not transfer, rent, lend, or otherwise provide your account to others.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.

3. User Conduct

You may not use AFitBot to:

Publish illegal or non-compliant information;

Infringe the lawful rights of others;

Spread malicious programs or viruses;

Interfere with normal platform operation;

Exploit system vulnerabilities for profit;

Engage in other activities that violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement.

For violations, the platform may take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, or account closure in accordance with law.

4. AI Service Notice

AI movement recognition, AI analysis, and AI suggestions provided by AFitBot are intelligent assistance services.

You understand and agree that:

AI analysis may contain errors;

AI suggestions are for reference only;

AI services do not constitute medical advice;

AI services cannot replace diagnosis or professional medical opinions.

5. Health Risk Notice

You should exercise reasonably based on your own physical condition.

If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, bone injuries, or other conditions that may make exercise unsuitable, please use related services under professional medical guidance.

If you feel chest tightness, dizziness, pain, or other discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek professional help.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, interface design, course content, images, videos, text materials, algorithm models, and other AFitBot materials are owned by the platform or relevant rights holders.

Without written permission, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or use them for commercial purposes.

7. Membership Services

If you purchase membership services:

You should pay according to the price displayed on the page;

Activated benefits are provided according to membership rules;

Auto-renewal will be enabled only after your express authorization;

You may cancel auto-renewal according to platform rules or the rules of the relevant payment channel.

8. Service Changes and Termination

The platform may, based on operational needs:

Adjust service content;

Upgrade or maintain systems;

Suspend certain features;

Terminate services for users who violate rules in accordance with law.

If an adjustment may materially affect your rights, the platform will notify you through page notices, system messages, or other reasonable methods.

9. Disclaimer

Health suggestions, exercise analysis, and training plans provided by AFitBot are for reference only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice.

Service interruptions, data delays, or losses caused by network failures, telecom operators, third-party service exceptions, force majeure, or reasons beyond the platform’s reasonable control will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Disputes arising from this Agreement should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction where the operator is located.
